What is the average range of a Fasovolt in-campus vehicle?
Depending on the model and configuration (such as the HTV Loader, LTV, or PITHMASTER), the average range is 50-80 km per charge under normal load conditions. This range is optimized for internal factory logistics and warehouse-to-factory runs.
What battery chemistries do you support?
We offer two options: traditional Lead Acid battery packs (best for lower-use, budget-conscious configurations) and advanced Lithium Ferrous Phosphate (LFP) packs (higher cost but offers 3000+ lifecycles, rapid charging, and superior thermal safety).
Can the load platform be customized for specialized cargo?
Yes. We offer customization of the platform size (such as the 8ft x 8ft x 8ft structure on the HTV BRICKS or the maximum 7ft x 5ft x 4.5ft on the HTV Tipper) and materials (Mild Steel or high-grade Stainless Steel 304 to handle wet or acidic loads).
How long does it take to charge a Fasovolt vehicle?
Normal charging takes 6-10 hours depending on the battery capacity and chemistry. LFP configurations support faster charging systems if your operation runs multiple shifts and needs top-ups.
Are these vehicles certified for public road use?
Most of our vehicles are specifically designed and structured for off-road internal campus or factory floor transport (In Campus Vehicles). However, some models like the Gladia 1.0 are certified as L5 category on-road vehicles.
What braking system is used to handle heavy loads?
Our heavy-duty campus vehicles utilize oil braking systems which deliver reliable stopping power under heavy payloads and on sloping terrains.
